Our ideal candidates should have at least three years of experience dispatching or operating a flatbed carrier, preferably in the towing or automotive transportation industry. Exceptional customer service skills, excellent communication competency, and the ability to be a superb team player are mandatory. Bilingual skills are a plus. We offer paid manufacturing training and two weeks of ride-along training.

All of our applicants must be able to pass a criminal background check, as well as a mandatory drug and alcohol screening before hire, and have a valid NV driver’s license. All employees are subject to random drug testing and post-accident drug testing. We will not accept DUIs, moving violations, or excessive speeding tickets within seven years.
